By creating an account or using ShapeShift AI ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. AllShift AI LLC ("we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
ShapeShift AI is an AI-powered design tool that generates and edits SVG artwork for CNC machining, laser cutting, and related fabrication workflows. The Service includes a web studio, voice input, cloud design storage, validation tools, and a developer API.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at t.allman@kpsllc.org if you suspect unauthorized access.
ShapeShift AI offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds for unused time unless required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights; (b) reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our AI models; (c) use automated tools to exceed your plan's rate limits; (d) resell or sublicense API access without written permission; or (e) use the Service for mass surveillance or weapons design.
You retain ownership of designs and content you create using the Service. By storing designs in the cloud, you grant AllShift AI LLC a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your designs and will not use them to train AI models without your explicit consent.
Designs generated by our AI are provided as-is. We make no warranty that AI-generated designs are free from errors, suitable for a particular CNC machine, or do not infringe third-party rights. You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and testing any generated design before use in fabrication.
The ShapeShift AI platform, software, branding, and documentation are owned by AllShift AI LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use our trademarks or branding.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALLSHIFT AI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $50 OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or legitimate business purposes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Johnson County, Kansas.
